Only place I shop for used cars
Another great purchase from Sergio. He lets me check the car over and takes care of any issues before delivery. His price is firm because they are not overpriced. He is easy to deal with and absolutely no pressure. Before finding him I had the worst experiences purchasing used cars from pushy salespeople. Now he is the only place I shop. He has a good variety that I can find the type of car that I need. Three purchases so far and will be back the next time. Thank you Sergio.

Ford Explorer 2016
I purchased a Ford Explorer last week and very pleased so far with this car. Nancy was so pleasant and helpful over the phone the many times I called. Damien was so professional and not your typical "used car salesman" He drove the car to have my mechanic check it out and repaired the minor problems that needed to be done within 2 days. Thanks to his patience and help I purchased a beautiful 2016 Ford. I will recommend Damien and his entire staff to my friends and family and will definitely purchase another car from him in the future. So nice to know that people like Damien still exist in this world.

Sergio is Fantastic
Sergio at Dealertown CT rocks!! I bought a Toyota van from Sergio two years ago and continue to be very happy with it. This summer the water pump developed a leak and I received a scary expensive estimate from our local mechanic. So….I called up Sergio who came to the rescue: he went through the warranty that he had provided for the car originally and was able to have the entire repair covered at no cost to me! Buying a car from Sergio is like buying from a family member who will always look after you. I can’t think of a better place to recommend for anybody looking for a car purchase!

Vehicle issues
I never ever right a review about something I bought. This is my first time doing it and I don’t like comment in a negative way but what happen today let me do it. I have my car for one week and there’s some sounds start coming out from the back right side tire. It’s been like that for a couple days now. I called the dealer and then went there to drop the car off so they can check it. The sale guy name Damian took the car for a ride. I show him the video I recorded while driving and the sound coming out of the car as an approve because the noise just happen when the car is cooling. He said we can’t fix your car over a video you record. I do agree but I didn’t tell him to fix it over the video I just showed him the video as an approve and to help figuring out the problem with the car, I literally told him to keep the car until he hear the sound because usually the sound came out when the car is cold which is in a morning or when the car parked for a couple hours. I didn’t appreciate the way he talked to me, I also asking for my rights as a costumer & buyer. I bought the car a week ago and I have warranty for two months so I don’t know why his mad or have an attitude. I really don’t like the attitude and that’s unacceptable. I did took the car to the Nissan dealer and after they did a full inspection for the car they told me the whole brakes have to be change because they are aftermarket rotors & pads. when I call Seirgo he told me that he’s not going to replace them for me. I told him that I’m returning the car since you guys not going to fix it and he literally said it’s not our car anymore and you can return it to your bank. Keep in mind tho I still under the 60 days warranty from the dealership. I will never ever go back there again.

BEST AUTO DEALER!
I’ve been a valid customer for almost a year now and I can’t honestly and truthfully said Sergio and his team here at dealer town is the best hands down. No hassle, no long wait, guarantee approval. Damian and Sergio are the men to work with you! Damian worked hard to secure a loan for me with my credit. He helped me get my 2012 Audi A4 Premium. Its been doing great ever since i drove it out the lot. Lastly I feel confident enough to come back for my next vehicle.

I cannot write enough good things about Sergio and Dealertown CT! Sergio is a very rare person in our times in that he is a businessman but he is also a kind human who works with his clients to resolve situations that none of the other dealerships in the North East do. I was introduced to DealertownCT by a co-worker and I had a complicated financing situation. I also wanted a very specific type of Toyota Sienna van for my business. I visited twice and we finally found the perfect van for me - but....there was no immediate way to set up the financing. Sergio held on to the van for me for 1.5 whole months until I could get the financing organized. That is truly impressive and shows a good businessman and also a kind human being. Once our financing was set up the buying/transfer process was a breeze. The van is working perfectly a year on following the purchase. I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze from Dealertown. Sergio, Damien, and the rest of the staff were unbelievable! I was extremely pleased with the service. I was able to test drive the vehicle and they gave me an honest run down on the history of the car.... However my fault alone, I drove the car off the lot without checking the horn. The horn didn't work and because I wasn't given the original key, the alarm would go off anytime I unlocked the car (I didn't necessarily know this because the horn wasn't making a sound). I told the guys my situation and they couldn't have handled it better. Before I was able to finish telling them about the alarm problem, they were already calling Chevy dealerships to see who had a key in stock. They registered the vehicle for me, had extended guarantee options, and walked me through the financing process. (Their lenders offer great rates!). If you are looking to buy a used vehicle it is definitely worth checking out what Dealertown has in stock. Thank you Dealertown.

Best dealer ever
Have already bought 5 cars from here and it's honestly the best. Sergio never fails me always has the car ready for me and theirs never nothing wrong with the cars I get from here. Great Guys And Understanding When You Have A Problem With Another Dealer
I was having problems with a car I purchased at Barberinos in Wallingford and I was looking online for dealerships who had SUVS I was interested in and I found Dealertown and looked at an SUV which I liked , So I spoke to Damien And Sergio which made me feel comfortable after I explain the situation I had at Barberinos , I told them I would be back as soon as I was able to get the car I had problems with from the beginning at Barberinos , I came back spoke to Damien and Sergio and Damien stated he would get me a car loan with no down payment as their ad states ,I gave all my information and Damien called me the next day to tell me I was approved ,Boy was I happy and I told him I would be down to get the paperwork started and I picked up the Pathfinder I wanted on Saturday and I brought the other car to Barberinos with no holds , I was so happy I found Dealertown and Damien and Sergio said if you have any problems to bring it in and it would be taken care of within the warranty period and they kept their work ,my Pathfinder was fixed and to date it has ran great with no issues ,I have told friends of this experience I had with them and they are going to go to them to view their inventory on the lot and cars that are online . I am very happy to meet such nice guys and their employees ,I now have had the pathfinder for almost six months and it still runs great . These guys make sure you are well taken care of and get the best deal you can get ,they have me as a regular customer and I will always send people to them to get a great deal, courteous service and the utmost respect

Best car buying experience so far
Me and my wife found ourselves in a very stressed situation when our beloved truck starting messing up on us. We decided is time for a new car but didn't know where to start since we still owed money on the truck. After visiting many dealers, either they didn't want to help us, or if the said they would help us. It's was by getting us in a really ad deal. I found dealertown and the prices seem pretty good so we decided to pay a visit. First time we didn't get a car because we just wasn't financially ready. After coming back with a down payment, we explained our situation with Damian and Sergio and we were never treated in a way that we felt like we were gonna get taking advantage off. (Mind you that our credit is nothing to brag about) It all felt like we knew each other for a while and they were sincerely trying to help us. We talked about a car previously but unfortunately we came back to late and the car was sold. But he again took his time in trying to accommodate us with something we were satisfied with. At the end we end up getting the car we always wanted from the start. I thought dealer like this didn't exist anymore since every other dealers are just about making a quick buck. I think in the future we are not looking anywhere else for a car. I appreciate doing business like this and will recommend this guy's to any friend or family with confidence. Basically long story short,,, they hooked us up with a new beautiful shiny car,, and helped us get rid of our problem. Thanks again guys,, and you now have a long time customer here. Beyond happy with this dealership!
One month ago I was looking to buy a car, found this dealership on CarGuru and filled out the loan application. I was contacted within a half hour by Sergio and made an appt to come down. I wasnt very optimistic about getting the loan as my credit rating is not so good but Damian worked hard to secure the loan for me and I drove off with my 2013 Buick within a few days. Im very happy with this dealership and beyond happy with my car! Low miles, good price, and a beautifully kept car inside and out! New Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Owner
Spent endless hours researching Jeep Wrangler JK's, all years and miles. When I found the one I'm driving today on Dealertown's website I called immediately. I got a great jeep with a few extra bells and whistles for a far price. Sergio and Damian were great to work with during the whole experience, helping with some little hiccups early on after the buy. Excellent Dealer
What a great dealership! We were looking for a good car for my daughter, and once we came here they offered us great money for the Volksvagen beetle we were trading in. The Toyota we got was a great steal! The price was great and it had low mileage. We felt like we were buying from family. No one hassled us, no one rushed us along. The staff was all friendly and welcoming, so helpful. We got a great deal and felt great about the experience. My mom needed to get a car and Dealerstown was recommended. What a great experience we had. We dealt with Sergio and through the whole process never once did we feel pressured. Damien and Sergio were great to deal with! Made my decision an easy one, worked with my credit situation and had me in and out in 20 minutes. They even stayed late for me as I was running behind to make sure I took delivery of the vehicle that day. You're not going to get any surprises just quality vehicles and a fair price at Dealer Town. Sergio is pretty particular about the vehicles he buys must be why their reviews are always top notch and Damien is a wizard with the numbers making sure he doesn't exceed your budget you had in mind when its time to talk numbers. Never pushy and very helpful they definitely earned my trust and confidence, I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.

Only Place To Go For A Car
I recently bought my first car!! I had shopped around and around and was getting mixed advice from the various dealers. Then I went to Dealertown and Damien was patient and informative and really got me a good loan rate!! I love my car and couldn't be happier with the service and attention that I got at Dealertown. They are professional and actually seem like they care about their customer. I got my very first financed car here at dealer town and I must say Sergio and Damien are a great team. Funny how I came across this place after looking for a car for months I went to napolli, bobs buick, Honda etc and none of those places were willing to work with me. Telling me what I can and can not do, showing me cars that I clearly said I was not interested in and just giving me a hard time over all. On my way back from white plains Honda I came across dealer town online and I came the same day. Sergio worked with me I came back that weekend filled out paperwork and the next week I was driving off the lot with my 2012 Honda civic which I love. I have no problems with my car, anything I have questions about they answer, I can stop by whenever with no problems. They are great people and quick, always willing to work with you!! I will definitely be recommending people to this place so they can get a great car at a great price with great customer service. These people are honest and willing to help.

Buying a car was not the easiest choice from me. Originally I bought a 2009 Volkswagon Jetta blue from Napoli indoors located in Milford, CT. During the process I found myself going back 2-3 times daily. Upon arriving there I found myself waiting 2 hours before being taken care of. It was very disorganized and I was handled in an unprofessional manner. The vehicle was in an accident so I had to purchase a new vehicle. I decided to go back to Napoli since that was my original purchase location. Unfortunately after 3 years, Napoli still treated customers and myself the same way. I was very dissatisfied and unhappy after waiting 3 hours to be acknowledged by a sales person who could accurately give me sufficient information regarding my vehicle of interest. A friend of mine referred me to Dealertown AutoWholesalers located on 59 meadow street in Milford, CT. I was pleased to find out that it was down the road from Napoli Indoor. I quickly drove down the road and was the best decision I made. The environment was a family and friendly environment. They listened to my needs and quickly found a solution that worked even better than Napoli could ever do! I was able to get the volkswagon of my choice and have been pleased since! I honestly wished I made this stop here 3 years ago and saved both my time and money. Any issues that came up with my car; they were quick to fix and honest about the action that took place upon repairing the vehicle. IF YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE ...YOU WILL MOST LIKELY WASTE YOUR TIME AND SPEND MORE THAN YOU HAVE TO. Why not be worry free by a dealer that has your back? My recommendation would be to make Dealertown Autowholesale your first option before others so that you too can save and be a part of this great family!

Honda purchase
My recent purchase of a Honda CRV was professionally handled and hassle free. My paperwork was ready when I arrived and they even picked me up at the train station- not the kind of customer service one experiences every day. A friend referred me to Dealertown and now I know why.

About 5 months back I was shopping around every where for what would be my first car, and I'm so glad that I found Dealertown! I've been looking around at other car dealers and none have succeeded my expectations like Dealertown has. Damian was great! He was very laid back, super knowledgeable and did not force me into getting a car that I wasn't interested in like every other salesman at any other dealership. I ended up buying a 2012 Hyundai Elantra and it was one of the best choices I've made. There was a couple scratches on the car as well as an issue with the car door not locking, but Damian made sure that the guys in the shop were able to fix it all to my expectations. All in all, I would most definitely recommend Dealertown to anyone looking for a great used car. One of the best dealerships in Connecticut!

I bought a car from Dealertown a few months ago. I finally got a little chance to express my gratitude and satisfaction toward the dealer and the staff. I saw my car driving down the road on a Sunday afternoon I stopped by just to take a look at it since it was already late and they were closed. Later that week I was searching for cars and I bumped into my car on Craigslist. That's when I knew I had to go down there and take a look at it. I called ahead that I was arriving and even though Sergio mentioned he was on his way out he patiently waited as I was on my way stuck in traffic. I took my car for a ride and I left my downpayment. They without pressure or anything waited for me to come back from my vacation to come in and fill out and sign my paperwork. Damian was very patient and calm in explaining to me all the details on the contract and making sure I was completely satisfied and happy with it. This was the first time a leased out a car and both Sergio and Damian made the process for me very satisfying and content. I definitely recommend getting a car from Dealertown I guarantee you will be pleased with the professionalism of Sergio and Damian. When I received my car all the details I asked for where done, I even went back for a free oil change they gave me about two or three months after I got the car. Dealertown will definitely be my first choice when I'm ready for a next car.

I recently purchased a Nisaan Maxima from Dealer Town Auto Wholesalers, and i must say this was the first time i ever felt great about financing. I have no problems with my car, they are a decent car dealer. They don't harass you and they are pretty fast with handling the paperwork.
